Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat and Cook Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon for about 6-8 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a plate and retain 1 tablespoon of drippings.
  2. Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until combined and frothy. Set aside.
  3. Scramble the Eggs: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with bacon grease over medium-low heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until just set but still moist. Remove from heat.
  4. Assemble the Sandwich: On a cutting board, lay two slices of bread, add shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Top with more cheese and the second slice of bread.
