Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually mix in the low-fat Greek yogurt until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into an oval shape, about 6 inches long.
  5. On one half of each oval, place about 15g of pizza sauce and 20g of low-fat cheese, leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  7. Place the sealed pockets on the prepared tray and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
