Prepare Cherry Cream Cold Foam
- In a small mixing container, combine 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 1 ½ tablespoons of cherry syrup, and 1 tablespoon of whole milk. Using a frother, whip the mixture vigorously for 20-30 seconds until fluffy.
Make Iced Cherry Chai
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in ½ cup of chai tea concentrate followed by ½ cup of your chosen milk. Stir gently to combine.
Assemble the Iced Cherry Chai
- Dollop the prepared cherry cream cold foam on top of the chai latte, and sprinkle some crushed freeze-dried cherries over the foam.
