Iced Cherry Chai
  • 0.5 cup Chai Tea Concentrate Opt for sugar-free if desired.
  • 0.5 cup Milk of Choice 2%, whole, or plant-based.
  • to taste Freeze-Dried Cherries Crushed for garnish.

Method
 

Prepare Cherry Cream Cold Foam
  1. In a small mixing container, combine 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 1 ½ tablespoons of cherry syrup, and 1 tablespoon of whole milk. Using a frother, whip the mixture vigorously for 20-30 seconds until fluffy.
Make Iced Cherry Chai
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in ½ cup of chai tea concentrate followed by ½ cup of your chosen milk. Stir gently to combine.
Assemble the Iced Cherry Chai
  1. Dollop the prepared cherry cream cold foam on top of the chai latte, and sprinkle some crushed freeze-dried cherries over the foam.
