Step-by-Step Instructions for Iced Peach Green Tea
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sliced peaches, ¾ cup water, and monk fruit sweetener. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, crushing peaches as they soften.
  2. While the syrup simmers, boil 6 cups of water. Once boiling, steep green tea bags for 10 minutes. Remove bags and cool tea at room temperature.
  3. Strain the peach syrup through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl and discard peach pieces.
  4. In a pitcher, mix the chilled green tea with peach syrup, stir gently, and serve over ice. Garnish with peach slices and mint if desired.
