- In a mason jar, combine barista-style oat milk, soy milk, apple brown sugar syrup, and vanilla syrup. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for 20-30 seconds until it becomes pale and whipped. Set aside.
- Take a tall glass and fill it generously with ice. Pour in the chai concentrate until the glass is about halfway full.
- Measure out ½ cup of oat milk and pour it into the glass with ice and chai concentrate. Stir gently if desired.
