Method

Prepare the Layers
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and flour. Incorporate vanilla, cinnamon, cream, and eggs until combined. Pour into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200°F (93°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes. Chill overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in spice cake mix with milk until smooth. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before chilling overnight.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter until creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Pour in vanilla and cream, then beat until fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Trim cheesecake and spice cake layers to align perfectly. Place chilled cheesecake upside down on a cake stand. Spread frosting on top, add spice cake, then pumpkin pie. Cover with additional frosting.
  5. Chill the assembled Piecaken for about 30 minutes to set. Add a decorative layer of frosting around the sides and top.
