Prepare the Layers
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and flour. Incorporate vanilla, cinnamon, cream, and eggs until combined. - Trim cheesecake and spice cake layers to align perfectly. Place chilled cheesecake upside down on a cake stand. Spread frosting on top, add spice cake, then pumpkin pie. Cover with additional frosting.
- Chill the assembled Piecaken for about 30 minutes to set. Add a decorative layer of frosting around the sides and top.
