- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Cut half of the brioche bread into cubes and layer in the dish.
- Scatter half of the mixed berries and half of the cream cheese over the brioche. Repeat with remaining brioche, berries, and cream cheese.
- Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until frothy.
- Pour custard over layered bread and berries. Press down gently and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter in a bowl until crumbly for streusel topping.
- Remove plastic wrap and sprinkle streusel over the casserole. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
