- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until blended. Press into the bottom of a 23 cm springform pan.

- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, layer half of the sautéed apples, then repeat.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the topping and cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over the layered cheesecake and apple filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool to room temperature.
