Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add diced red bell pepper and shredded carrots; cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and brighten.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetable mixture, simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
