Method
 

Pudding Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until firm peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth.
  4. In a 9x13-inch dish, spread half of the pudding mixture evenly at the bottom.
  5. Layer sliced bananas over the pudding base, then sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
  6. Spread remaining pudding mixture over the bananas and cookies. Top with more bananas and Biscoff cookies.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
