Pudding Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- In a clean bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until firm peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth.
- In a 9x13-inch dish, spread half of the pudding mixture evenly at the bottom.
- Layer sliced bananas over the pudding base, then sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
- Spread remaining pudding mixture over the bananas and cookies. Top with more bananas and Biscoff cookies.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
