- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once shimmering, add chicken strips seasoned with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add 2 cloves of minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup shredded cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Warm 4 whole wheat wraps. Place chicken in the center, drizzle with garlic cream sauce, add extra cheese and parsley.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom. Serve warm.
