- Prepare the crust by blending Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a springform pan. Freeze while preparing the dough.
- Heat treat the all-purpose flour by baking it at 350°F for 8 minutes. Beat together butter, sugars until fluffy, then mix in flour, salt, vanilla, milk, and chocolate chips. Spread over crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
