Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by lightly spraying the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture from the bowl into the prepared crockpot. Spread it out evenly and cover with the lid.
  4. With just 30 minutes left, remove the lid and sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Once cooking time is up, garnish with crumbled blue cheese and sliced scallions, if desired.
