- In a bowl or resealable bag, combine chicken thighs, egg, soy sauce, and seasonings. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together chili sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil until combined.
