Prepare the Chicken Cutlets
- Slice the boneless skinless chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thin cutlets and place them in a gallon-sized freezer bag.
Marinate the Chicken
- Pour the Honey Dijon chicken marinade into the bag with the chicken cutlets. Seal the bag tightly and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, approximately 400°F.
Boil the Reserved Marinade
- Remove the chicken cutlets from the bag and pour the reserved marinade into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Grill the Chicken Cutlets
- Place the marinated chicken cutlets on the grill. Grill for about 8 minutes total, flipping once halfway through.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Layer each pretzel bun with a grilled chicken cutlet, a slice of Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, and drizzle with the cooled Honey Dijon sauce. Add lettuce and tomato if desired.
Serve and Enjoy
- Close each sandwich with the top half of the pretzel bun and serve immediately.

Notes
Ensure cutlets are evenly sliced to ½ inch thick and consider marinating longer for more flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
