  • 1 pound salmon wild-caught for superior flavor
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika for richer taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
For the Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup hot honey store-bought or homemade
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons parsley freshly chopped

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for optimal cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss salmon cubes to coat.
  3. Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in hot honey until blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon bites to the bowl with hot honey glaze and toss to coat.
  6. Plate the glazed bites and garnish with parsley.
