Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until pale and frothy, then fold into the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  5. Combine whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and dulce de leche in a bowl.
  6. Once the cake is done, poke holes in it and pour the soaking mixture over.
  7. Allow cake to cool for about 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  9. Spread whipped cream over the chilled cake.
  10. Dice the fresh mango and scatter over the whipped topping.
  11. Slice and serve the cake chilled.
