- Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear. Combine rice with water, boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let it steam for 5-10 minutes after removing from heat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Season salmon with salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes until it flakes. Flake into pieces after cooking.
- In a bowl, mix imitation crab, flaked salmon, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil gently.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold into steamed rice without mashing.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Layer seasoned rice in baking dish, add nori crumbles, then crab and salmon filling. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Cool for a few minutes, drizzle with spicy mayonnaise, sprinkle sesame seeds, cut into squares and serve with accompaniments.
