Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Finely dice the yellow onions and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  4. Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove and drain on paper towels.
