Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of melted salted butter, ½ cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1½ cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of aluminum-free baking powder. Add ¾ cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of diced peaches, mixing lightly.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
