Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and chopped banana peppers.
  2. Slice the sub rolls open lengthwise. Layer salami, pepperoni, and turkey on the bottom half, then top with provolone cheese.
  3. Preheat oven's broiler to high. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
  4. Remove sandwiches and layer fresh tomato slices over melted cheese. Spoon prepared grinder salad on top.
