Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared sheet.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- While baking, melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in garlic, then add Parmesan and parsley until glaze thickens.
- Brush the baked meatloaf with the garlic Parmesan glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
