Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, and colorful bell peppers onto the soaked skewers, alternating for visual appeal.
  6. Place the assembled kabobs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  7. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the kabobs with the remaining marinade.
