- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, and colorful bell peppers onto the soaked skewers, alternating for visual appeal.
- Place the assembled kabobs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the kabobs with the remaining marinade.
