  • 4 cups Shredded Green Cabbage finely shredded for even cooking
  • 1 cup Julienned Carrots or bell peppers for a color burst
  • 4 stalks Green Onions chopped
Aromatics and Seasonings
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 in Fresh Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or light olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by shredding the green cabbage and julienning the carrots. Mince the garlic and ginger finely and chop the green onions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add your choice of ground meat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender but crisp.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Toss in the chopped green onions before removing from heat.
  6. Garnish with additional green onions, toasted sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha mayo if desired.
