  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger Fresh ginger can be grated as a substitute.
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Adjust for spice tolerance.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Toasted sesame oil enhances the flavor.
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Minced Green Onion Can be swapped for chives.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add your choice of ground meat into the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the liquid aminos or soy sauce and chicken broth, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic, ground ginger, and Sriracha, stirring well to mix. Cook for another minute.
  5. Gently fold in the cabbage or coleslaw mix, cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top of the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with minced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
