Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by greasing a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large pot, melt 3 tablespoons of butter with 10 ounces of mini marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of key lime juice and the zest from one lime until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased pan, press down evenly to create a compact layer.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  7. If desired, melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate and drizzle over the chilled treats.
