  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Grated fresh
For Sautéing
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Any neutral oil works
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Chopped
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds For topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet, stir to combine, and warm for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
