  • 4 slices Cheese Provolone, American, gouda, or pepper jack.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Canola or grapeseed oil are alternatives.

Preparation
  1. Begin by gathering your ingredients. Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain.
  2. Next, slice your onions and bell peppers to create a colorful base.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar. Whisk well.
  2. Add the sliced beef, tossing to coat evenly and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, then sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side, add marinated beef, and cook for 5 minutes until browned.
  5. Add chopped kimchi, mixing well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Toast hoagie rolls in the oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. Fill each roll with beef mixture, top with cheese.
  7. Broil for 2 minutes until cheese melts, then serve hot.
