Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the fresh fish fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle both sides with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown and flaky. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and olive oil. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the juice and zest of 2 fresh lemons into the garlic mixture, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked fish fillets, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
