Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions, about 10–12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain excess grease.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Transfer beef to a bowl.
  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Fold in the cooked pasta, ground beef, and crispy bacon, mixing over low heat for 2–3 minutes until combined.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and optional jalapeños.
