  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 pound Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 8 large Eggs well-whisked
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream can substitute with coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 12 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese reserve 3 oz for topping

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef along with 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder for about 5–7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and transfer to your casserole dish.
  3. Stir in 1 pound of chopped cooked bacon evenly over the beef in the casserole dish.
  4. Whisk together 8 large eggs, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 9 oz of shredded cheddar cheese in a separate mixing bowl. Pour it evenly over the beef and bacon layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 3 oz of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
