  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley For garnish, optional.

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking dish

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving 1 tablespoon of grease in the skillet.
  2. Add finely diced onion to the skillet with the remaining bacon grease. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix for 1-2 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until blended.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased baking dish, layer the ground beef, followed by cherry tomatoes and bacon. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top, then pour the egg mixture over everything.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
