Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the cold heavy whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing until stiff peaks form, approximately 2-3 minutes more.
  3. Lay a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread one-third of the whipped cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Slice ripe mangoes into thin pieces and arrange over the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and mangoes two more times, finishing with mango slices on top.
  7. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
