Step-by-Step Instructions for Milk Cream Donut
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and salt. Knead the mixture for an additional 5-7 minutes until elastic.
  3. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours until doubled.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the donuts until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes each side.
  6. Cool the donuts on a wire rack. Fill them with whipped cream using a piping bag.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
