- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until combined.
- Add mashed bananas to the wet mixture and stir gently.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
