Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup of Mountain Dew Baja Blast and 1 tablespoon of gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom, then gently heat until fully dissolved. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Incorporate cooled Baja Blast and gelatin mixture. Whisk until silky smooth.
  4. Beat heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Gently fold into the Baja filling in thirds.
  5. Pour filling into the chilled crust, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap. Return to refrigerator for flavors to meld.
