Prepare the Crust

Fill the Crust
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
Chill the Cheesecake
- Cover the springform pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish and Serve
- Once chilled, remove the sides of the springform pan and garnish with mango chunks and additional puree.
