Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients for your green smoothie—cucumber, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, maple syrup, spinach, kale, rolled oats, and frozen mixed berries.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine cucumber, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend for 10-15 seconds until well mixed.
  3. Add banana and maple syrup to the blender. Blend for another 15-20 seconds until fully incorporated.
  4. Introduce spinach and kale. Tear greens and blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth.
