Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Cobbler Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry until it's slightly thinner, then cut it into 4-inch squares. Gently press each square into the cups of a greased muffin tin.
  3. Melt a tablespoon of butter and brush it on the inside of each pastry-lined muffin cup.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced fresh peaches with sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Gently fold until peaches are well-coated.
  5. Spoon the peach filling evenly into each pastry cup, filling them to about three-quarters full.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
  7. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the Peach Cobbler Cups cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
