Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and pistachio pudding mix, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Mix the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze, then pour over the cooled bars.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and slice into squares to serve.
