Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bourbon until smooth.
  6. Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Sprinkle granulated sugar over cooled pie.
  10. Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen torch until golden brown.
