Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the two sheets of thawed puff pastry until smooth and slightly larger.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer a thin, even spread of raspberry preserves over the cream cheese filling.
  6. Starting from one edge, gently roll the pastry into a tight log, then slice the log into strips, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
  7. Twist each strip gently before placing it upright into the prepared muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool for about 5 minutes in the pan, then dust with powdered sugar.
