  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar can substitute with lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut fresh broccoli into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, blueberries, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds, mixing gently.
  2. Core and chop the apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Add the lemon-coated apple chunks to the bowl with the broccoli mixture and fold gently to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, remaining lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat without bruising the fruits.
