Method
 

Steps
  1. Begin by washing and hulling about two cups of fresh strawberries, ensuring they are free from dirt and leaves. Using a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth, which takes about 30 seconds.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with one cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and a quarter cup of lemon juice. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until fully blended. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Just before serving, pour in about four cups of chilled sparkling water and gently stir the mixture to incorporate the bubbles.
  4. Pour the fizzy mixture into glasses filled with ice and garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
