- Begin by washing and hulling about two cups of fresh strawberries, ensuring they are free from dirt and leaves. Using a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth, which takes about 30 seconds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with one cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and a quarter cup of lemon juice. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until fully blended. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Just before serving, pour in about four cups of chilled sparkling water and gently stir the mixture to incorporate the bubbles.
