- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 6 ounces of frozen pink lemonade concentrate and ½ cup of simple syrup until smooth for about 2–3 minutes.
- Gently pour 1.5 liters of chilled Sauvignon Blanc into the lemonade mixture, stirring slowly with a wooden spoon.
- Fold in 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries and 1 pint of fresh raspberries into the sangria mixture.
- Just before serving, add 1 liter of club soda and stir gently.
- Pour the sangria into glasses, garnishing with extra sliced fruit or a lemon wedge.
