Preparation Steps

  5. Combine hot honey, chili flakes, and vinegar in a small bowl; mix until combined.
  6. Once roasted, allow the carrots to cool slightly. Dollop whipped ricotta on a serving plate and arrange the carrots.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the dish before serving.
