Method
 

Steps to Make Samoa Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Blend until smooth. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven during the last 5 minutes of baking, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cool brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Spread caramel topping over cooled brownies, then sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the coconut layer.
  6. Let brownies set for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
