- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Return skillet to heat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Chop cabbage and dice tomatoes. Rinse black beans and corn.
- Layer chopped cabbage, beef, black beans, corn, and tomatoes in a serving bowl, tossing gently to combine.
- Sprinkle Fritos corn chips over the layered ingredients.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle with ranch or Southwest dressing before serving.
