Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Steak: Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Coat the sirloin steak with this marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Tzatziki: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, and honey in a bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
