  • 8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce Spread evenly on each tortilla
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded melts beautifully
  • 20 slices Pepperoni Opt for less oily or hot pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing the exterior

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay low-carb tortillas flat and spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara sauce.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Brush the exterior of the rolled tortillas with olive oil.
  7. Place roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
